A guided visit to the sacred Temple of Auset—known to many as Isis—located just across the Nile from the sanctuary. There will be time to explore, reflect and connect with this ancient place.

Daily time to reflect on your experiences, share what is arising and consider how to carry what you have learned into everyday life.
Fresh, seasonal vegetarian Nubian food prepared with care, with opportunities to connect and share with the island community.
This journey includes genuine time to stop. The quiet of Heissa Island and the natural rhythm of the Nile create space for deeper rest and restorative sleep. There is no pressure to be constantly doing—you are invited to sleep, be still and allow your body and mind to restore.
Stay at our naturally designed sanctuary on Heissa Island. Airport pickup and boat transfers are included, so your journey is supported from the moment you arrive.

Coming to Egypt alone can feel like a big step. At Nubian Royals Sanctuary, you are supported from the moment you arrive in Aswan.
Yes. Many women travel independently, but once you arrive in Aswan, you will not be left to navigate by yourself.
Whether you arrive by plane, train or Nile cruise, you will be personally met at the agreed arrival point by Dhyani or a trusted member of the Nubian Royals team. Your onward transport and boat journey to Heissa Island will be arranged, and you will be welcomed into the sanctuary and the Nubian community.
You may travel to Aswan alone, but from the moment you arrive, you are received, supported and well looked after.

A Journey Guided by the Ancestors
Your guide, Dhyani Love, brings more than three decades of lived healing practice across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and South America. Welcomed into living traditions rather than passing through them — from six weeks deep in the Gabonese jungle to the household of Mãe Carmen do Gantois in Bahia — her work belongs to no single system. It is rooted in direct experience, ancestral remembrance and the return to relationship: with yourself, with one another, with the Earth and with the unseen world.
