The Place
The Nile Rest takes place at Nubian Royals Sanctuary on Heisa Island in Aswan.
Here, the Nile isn't something you visit.
You wake beside it.
You cross it by boat.
You swim in it.
You watch the sun set over it.
The island offers something increasingly difficult to find:
quiet.
No packed schedule.
No pressure to perform wellness.
No need to become a better version of yourself before you leave.
For four days, you are allowed simply to be.
