The invitation

Before the forgetting.
There was remembrance.

Before the trauma. Before the conditioning. Before the forgetting. There was a woman who remembered.

Six days of feminine spiritual healing in nature, through the five elements. An invitation to awaken to who you truly were before trauma and conditioning — remembering and reclaiming your sacred royal matriarchal blood and ancient feminine lineage.

Through sacred rose ceremonies, heart and womb healing rituals, Divine Mother blessings and sacred oil anointing, return gently to the wisdom within. Meditation, breathwork, gentle feminine embodiment, women’s sacred circles and ancestral remembrance weave through the five elements. The Nile offers a place of blessing and renewal, with optional water blessings and swimming subject to safe conditions.

At the heart of the journey is Ma, the Divine Mother — honoured through the Sacred Rose, the Divine Feminine and the tradition of Auset/Isis, as a path of remembrance.

The three roses

Womb. Heart. Crown.
A sacred remembering.

Womb

Golden Rose

Womb awakening through ritual and embodiment. Honour your feminine power, creative centre, ancestral remembrance and the sacred feminine lineage within.

Heart

Pink Rose

Emotional and heart healing, sacred love and compassion. An invitation to honour grief, soften into feeling and welcome the rose mysteries of the heart.

Crown

White Rose

Crown and spiritual awakening, Divine Mother blessings and higher spiritual remembrance. Listen to the quiet wisdom of sacred connection.

The five elements

Nature holds
the invitation.

Earth

Grounding, ancestral roots and the steady presence of the island beneath your feet.

Water

Cleansing and Nile blessing; swimming only where safe and appropriate, with participation always optional.

Fire

Symbolic release and transformation; honouring what you are ready to lay down.

Air

Breath, freeing the feminine voice and gentle movement, at your own pace.

Spirit

Remembrance, prayer, oil anointing and sacred connection.

The six-day journey

A rose unfolds
in its own time.

A planned rhythm of ritual, embodiment and sisterhood. Participation is invitational throughout; there is room to listen, rest and honour your own boundaries.

Spiritual practices, breathwork, meditation, movement, essential oils, anointing and ceremonies are optional and should be approached according to your circumstances. Fasting is not part of the confirmed programme; if ever proposed, it would also be optional and require individual consideration.
